The Chicago Bears’ plans to build a new stadium are still mired in bureaucracy.
While the Chicago Bears have worked out an agreement with Arlington Heights on property taxes, they are still seeking $855 million in state funding to complete the infrastructure. Buffalo’s New Highmark Stadium still on pace to open next summer
Another milestone has been reached with the construction of the $2.5 billion Highmark Stadium, which will soon be the new home of the Buffalo Bills. Charlotte and Tepper Sports & Entertainment are studying plans for a new downtown arena adjacent to the Carolina Panthers’ $650 million stadium renovation, which is envisioned as a multi-venue district attracting concerts and year-round events.
