Cisco announced that it has signed six new sponsorship deals with NFL teams, adding to the networking giant’s considerable presence across the league for its enterprise networking and cybersecurity products.
The Arizona Cardinals, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, Las Vegas Raiders and Miami Dolphins are the new additions to Cisco’s NFL partners list, joining longtime Cisco partners the San Francisco 49ers and the New England Patriots. Though Cisco did not reveal specific technology deals for each partnership, the teams will all use some mix of Cisco’s enterprise networking product line that includes secure networking infrastructure, high-density Wi-Fi 7 and Cisco’s hybrid mesh firewall technology.
“Cisco’s unified technology platform demonstrates its strength and reliability providing AI- ready infrastructure, future-proofing League and club workplaces, and ensuring digital resilience across the entire league ecosystem,” said Rob McQueen, vice president of global sponsorships at Cisco, in a prepared statement. “This robust technology platform supports our rapidly growing partnerships with individual clubs and stadiums, which have tripled ahead of the 2025 season.”
Cisco, which recently introduced a new version of its hyper-directional Wi-Fi antenna product, had previous relationships with some of its new partners, including the Wi-Fi network at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, which used its Cisco-powered Wi-Fi network to set single-day records for fan data consumption at Super Bowl.
The Buffalo Bills put out their own announcement about their new partnership, and said they would be using Cisco’s new Wi-Fi 7 access points as well as Cisco’s IP Fabric for Media for video content delivery.
“Partnering with Cisco marks an exciting step forward in our commitment to delivering a world-class experience at Highmark Stadium,” said Dan Evans, vice president of technology for the Buffalo Bills, in a prepared statement. “With Cisco’s powerful and secure networking solutions, we’re enhancing everything from game-day operations to the digital experience our fans enjoy — ensuring seamless connectivity and reliability at every level.”
